The main entrance of the plot is through the main gate, which is located on the South-Eastern Side of the Plot. The Main Gate size is 11' 4". The main entrance should be more than 10' so that the 4-wheeler can go inside the plot for parking quickly.

The parking or porch area in the plot is crucial, nowadays everyone is looking for space to park their vehicles inside the home, so adequate space should be required. The minimum length of the porch should be 14' to park small 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers.

L-Shape Stairs
The stair is located in the porch area, which is in the South-East direction as per Vastu Shastra, the with of stair's width should be a minimum of 3', for better access, and the riser and thread sizes should not be avoided, and the stairs here consist of 19 steps including landing. the thread size taken here is 10".

Living Room
The living room, the most enormous room in the whole house, this is the room where everyone gathers for various activities. Like watching TV, having space for guests, having small home parties, and ritual pooja, etc.
The living room should be a minimum of 12' x 15' for better space for keeping sofas, beds,s and other furniture as per need.
The living has large windows, for sunlight and air circulation.
Here in this house living room having the main entrance of the house, from the parking/ porch area. The entrance of the room is 3'6" wide.

Dining Room
This space is majorly near each of the rooms in the house, this room is also a space for a family gathering, where the dining table is placed. There are various sizes of dining table is available, here we have chosen a 6 seater dining table for this family.
The dining table should be chosen as per space and family size.
The dining room has two entrances, from outside through the porch and inside through the living room. The room is designed in the middle of the house, in the big hall of size length (19'.6") x Width (8').

C - Shape Kitchen
The most important space in the house is the kitchen. The kitchen should be located in the south East direction of the house, as per Vastu Shastra. Here the kitchen is located beside the staircase and the window opens to the porch.
The Gas Stove faces towards the east, Fridge is located in South-West Direction, and the Sink is in North-West Direction as per Vastu shastra.
The entrance to the kitchen is through the dining room, with a slab width of 2'.

Master Bedroom
This Master Bedroom is designed for husband and wife and has an attached bathroom and a dressing room. The master bedroom size should be at least 12' x 12'.
Here, I have designed the room size as 12' x 13' as per space availability. This was accepted by the client as it only contains queen size bed, a wall shelf behind the bed for decorative items and for storage, and a wall TV unit on the front wall.
The bed direction is east to west so that the person can lie facing west direction, i.e placing the head in the east direction.

The client wanted an attached dressing room with their master bedroom, to make the master bedroom more spacious. The entrance to the dressing room is through the master bedroom only. The handwash basin is assembled just outside the dressing table in between the bathroom and the dressing room.
The dressing room is consist of a large attached wardrobe with a mirror on it, facing toward the west side so that the client can face towards the east while using a mirror.
As per Vastu Shastra, the person should use the mirror, by facing toward the north or east direction. And the dressing table in the bedroom next to the bed needs to be avoided, it will affect your mental health.

This bathroom in the house is attached to the master bedroom, which has access through the handwash area, the bathroom is placed in the west direction as per Vastu Shastra. The bathroom is designed as per the requirements, and the size and space are utilized efficiently.

There are two kids in the family, and the owner asked for separate rooms for their kids with two beds. The kid's bedroom is designed in North- West direction of the plot, as this direction is best for kids, who all are stills studying. This direction makes them more comfortable and helps children in their careers.
The kid's bedroom is consist of two beds,1 Bed Side Table with a lamp, and a Cupboard or almirah attached to the wall.
The kid's bedroom has access through the dining room and has a bathroom behind the western wall. The bedroom has proper ventilation, as windows are provided and O.T.S.

The Mandir is placed in the north part of the house, which is in the open space where the dining room is located. The Mandir is facing toward the West direction, so the person can pray to face the East direction.
To gain positive energy from the east, we should always face towards the east direction while praying to god, as the sun rises in the east direction.

The corridor is designed for the guest to the walkway to bathroom - 2, and the corridor width is 3' with O.T.S. i.e open to the sky for ventilation and natural sunlight.
The corridor is designed for guest who is using the living room, and to maintain privacy, this corridor does not come in frequent use, and can only be used when needed. So the 3' width of this corridor is efficient for single-person movement.

This is next to the boundary wall in the eastern direction, an open gallery designed to place some green plants and give beauty when looking from the inside living room. Water boring is done in the corner that is in North East Direction. Has access through the open gallery.
